Apart from Doaa and the doctor who made our stay more comfortable unfortunately will not be returning.

The resort is very clean and is a stunning location. The facilities are great. The best member of staff by far is the customer relations lady DOAA. She truly is the one person in this hotel that made our stay great. She was kind, enthusiastic and went above and beyond in every way. She generally cared. The entertainment team also are very good and interact with all people. The hotel reception staff were dreadful and never wanted to help at all. The hotel rooms were lovely with the added touch of slippers and a dressing gown although wish they had been washed in the same way as the beach towels you are given. The beach towels are big, soft and lovely on the nice cushioned sunbeds. The hotel is in a good location for shops and the Hard Rock Cafe is a short walk away. The hotel has a pier you can walk along to see the coral which is stunning.

The constant bugging on a sunbed from the spa staff, the souvenir people, the trips people. They need to accept no thank you means no Reception staff dreadful manners Food - same every day , no variety and chef didn’t want to give you more than one piece of chicken at a time. Felt like you had your beg No wine at all in hotel only to buy as extra. No beer at dinner time Young staff at the bar only acknowledge there own culture or females

Pool was bit busy but beach was perfect! Had the 2 options. All staff were great to me, room was good, great air con and comfy bed, good pressure on shower and cleaned daily! View to pool which catches sun until sets!

Nothing really, would be ideal if Gym was open earlier than 10am so can enjoy the day basking in the sun! Wi-Fi was little broken and sometimes unable to get anything but can all survive without internet for fews days! Food I found OK but certainly not bad! There’s always something

Insane Value for a 5* Beach Resort but with some quirks

- good rooms, good & clean bathroom, very comfortable beds - most of the staff - everything you need is available - value - beach - bars everywhere and all included - VIP bonus as booking guest

- food quality and cooking (there are some good things if you know the buffet but it also varies by day if it's good) - outside seating area at the buffet the table is way too high - beach bar only has spaghetti in combination with fries?! - entertainment could be better - more information about what's included and what not - many services in the hotel are way overpriced (taxi, suncreme etc) - as it is from 2007 it is a bit worn down and toilets outside your room are gross - entertainment team personally really nice but the music etc is not really enjoyable (for us) Don't take it to serious this are just the things I would improve

1- The place is not clean. 2- 30% of the staff are rude. 3- 60% of the staff are not professional. 3- Insects, bugs and flies are always in the room. 4- Food has no taste except the deseart. 5- The snorcling bridge is broken.

the hotel staff was not well trained to provide services to the client as in restaurants there was discrimination to Iraqi group and Egyptian ,the restaurant was very crowed un organized and when asking the FB he shows no cooperation and response to the request , also for the House keeping was too bad poor maintenance in the rooms and unclean towels and 2 days was spent without room cleaning , also the food is not safety but the hotel is certified from crystal as food safety the price paid is not equal to the service and i am complaining also i don’t recommend the place for visitor , their must be a minimum level of quality .

Definitely not five star

The staff in the restaurant had excellent service skills and were very helpful, hard working and friendly. Always happy to see you. The food was great with a wide variety to choose from,all freshly made . The dining experience was up there with the best. Such a shame the same could not have been said about the housekeeping.

The standard of housekeeping really let this hotel down; our room was filthy with hair and clumps of dust gathered in every corner. Disgustingly dirty bath tub with a broken shower hose holder/ shower curtain. Even after complaining it was not cleaned. Broken air conditioning and infestation of mosquitoes and red ants made the stay at this hotel very uncomfortable.

Not a 5 star.

Landscaping and beach. The Italian restaurant. Everything other than the rooms and the open buffet.

We booked 3 nights, garden view. Upon arrival the desk told us that they upgraded our room to a pool view, we were happy for that, till we reached the room, every thing was in a mess. The furniture were out of dates. The bathroom was nasty, curtains and carpets were dirty and chairs were wrecked. We called the room service and they told us this is the level of all rooms. We really didn't believe them, thought we were offered this room because we are residents and not tourists. We spent the night fighting the mosquitoes and really it was one night in hell. We decided to leave the hotel the next morning only to be offered another renovated room that was really better than the first one but not yet a 5-star level. The open buffet is below standards. There is no dedicated aqua park for kids as stated. The aqua park is only a 3 slides. The ground of the pool is wrecked. TV has little channels. Some of the barmen and waiters at the restaurant were rude, when I asked for some extra cherry on my cola he said I had no enough to give you more, also when I asked for bread in buffet they give me a little that was non enough for me and the family saying we don't have more. Hell, why am I paying too much for all inclusive in a hotel supposed to be 5 stars ?!
